Step 1
Project basics
Tell us who you are and what you want to work on. You will choose a research study or an integration next.
Do not upload secrets or personal data. Do not enter passwords, API keys, customer-level records, patient data, or other personally identifiable information. Secure access can be arranged separately.
In a few sentences, describe what your organization does, the relevant product, service, or research context, and what you want to work on with MatrAIx. You can provide detailed study materials later.
Step 2
How would you like to use MatrAIx?
This intake is designed for individual research studies. Platform integrations and recurring automated workflows use a separate technical-support process.
Platform or API integration request
API access is in development. We are building the platform and API service now. Tell us what you need so we can scope the right integration and follow up when it is ready.
Describe the platform, API access, workflow, system connection, or recurring evaluation you have in mind. Do not include credentials or API keys.
Integration request submitted. Thank you—our technical support team will follow up using the work email you provided.
Step 3
Study approach
Choose the option that best describes the first study. The form will show only the questions needed for that approach.
Compare multiple options
Label each alternative clearly as A, B, C, etc., and explain the main difference between them.
Other case studies or research
Describe the research question, context, expected users, materials, desired outcome, or any constraints in your own words.
Step 4
Target population
Describe the cohort you want simulated. We will map your description to the available persona dimensions.
For example: 60% ages 18–24 and 40% ages 25–34; 50% existing customers and 50% prospects. If unknown, write “recommend.”
Provide a target number of personas, a range, or write “recommend.”
For example: segmentation distribution, alignment with existing real human behavior records, or another check. Leave blank if none.
Use “vs” to make the comparison explicit. Examples: “has membership vs no membership” or “18–24 vs 25–34 vs 35–44.”
Describe attributes that should be balanced or represented across cohorts, with any known proportions.
Provide a target number of personas per cohort, a range, or write “recommend.”
For example: segmentation distribution, alignment with existing real human behavior records, or another check. Leave blank if none.
Step 5
Outcomes and success
Tell us how you will decide whether the study is useful.
List the outcomes you care about and, if known, what result would be meaningful—for example, trust, signup intent, task completion, willingness to pay, or a difference between alternatives.
Provide any current human, historical, operational, or expert benchmark. If no baseline exists, leave this blank.
Step 6
Desired deliverables
Describe what you would like to receive when the study is complete.
Examples include a decision report, presentation, persona or segment dataset, raw results, recommendations, or another format.
Step 7
Confidentiality and governance
Help us determine whether the study needs additional review, safeguards, or a private runner.
For example: minors, health or wellbeing, elections, vulnerable populations, personal data, licensed identities, legal constraints, prohibited claims, or content-rights requirements.
Step 8
Related materials
Share any related materials you can provide with us for reference.
Upload concept documents, questionnaires, presentations, screenshots, or other relevant files. You may select multiple files. Do not upload credentials, personal data, or other secrets.
